Our Space
Cubbies isn’t just childcare. We create a learning environment that blends the warmth of home with the structure of a classroom, easing the anxiety of your child’s first school experience.
Tucked in a cul-de-sac off Bradley Boulevard, the space feels warm and loving due to the natural light that pours in through the floor to ceiling windows. Out back, the patio, backyard, and garden offer plenty of space for nature time.
Our Approach
Access:
As opposed to most schools, our open door policy means you can drop off your child at any time, although the day formally starts at 8:30am.
Our teachers are always available in the classroom chat, sending daily photos and videos of your little ones having fun.
Community:
The relationships formed between families is one of the greatest joys about Cubbies. We've witnessed complete strangers become best friends – and we're not just talking about the children!

Our Director
Teacher Andi has been a top quality educator for over 15 years! She's ran or taught at Montessori schools in San Francisco, Miami, and Bethesda.
Weekly Yoga
At times you might feel jealous at the quality of life of these kids. We sure are! We're joined every week by a yoga instructor who specializes in working with children.
Learning to calm our minds, bodies, and emotions is great for everyone!

What are the tuition rates?
Tuition is $2,500 per month for a 12-month period. You can choose monthly or quarterly payments.
What's the schedule?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, and the program runs year round.
You are welcome to drop off or pick up at any time during open hours, we only ask you please let us know in advance if you're running early or late!
What is the curriculum?
Our curriculum combines Montessori and Reggio Emilia, focusing on play-based learning and nature exploration to foster creativity, independence, and hands-on growth.
What ages do we accept?
We accept children from 1 through 4 years old. Typically, our students leave us for kindergarten once they turn 5.
What is the student : teacher ratio?
We have 1 teacher for every 4 students. This very small ratio enables us to be more hands on with each individual child.
